Shipping:
We offer FREE Shipping to our customers. All jewelry is shipped with insurance and sent in a gift box. Any order shipped to any destination in Utah will be subject to a 6.6% sales tax.


Ordering Information:
All transactions are conducted through either Paypal.com (a secure account-based online payment system), CardServices International (a secure credit card online payment system) or through direct payments mailed to us at our office. To place your order we will need your full name, email address, phone number and shipping address to expedite your order or to contact you in case we are having difficulties processing your order.

Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return item(s) within 10 days of receiving your order for refund, exchange or for credit of the original purchase amount (shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable) you must obtain a return authorization number (RAN) within 3 days of receiving your item(s). The item(s) must be in the original, unused and resalable condition only. Item(s) must be returned in original gift box if applicable. Item(s) need to be shipped insured and traceable with UPS, USPS or Fed-X with delivery confirmation. Refunds will not be given for items lost in transit. Returns sent without prior notification will be rejected. Once we receive and accept the returned item(s) your replacement item(s) or refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours. Your refund will be the original form of your payment.
